Overview
This release includes a set of tools designed to help multi-site users see what’s happening across their portfolio and route work between locations. With it, you can:
● See aggregated quoting activity across all of your sites in one place
● Send parts and quotes directly to a sister site without downloading files or leaving Paperless Parts
● Search across all of your sites to find out if a sister site has quoted a part before, or whether another location is actively quoting the same opportunity

Why it matters
Building a successful multi-site organization comes with a coordination tax, especially when your business is formed by bringing on and acquiring established shops with their own practices and systems. RFQs get routed across sites by email and manual coordination. Sister sites might quote the same RFQ without realizing. Leadership has no line of sight into what’s in flight across the portfolio, since each site is working out of its own siloed system. The standard approaches to creating centralization and helping sites work as a cohesive business – like manual reporting or costly, multi-year ERP standardization projects – are painful and often high-risk. They can be impossible to scale or require shops to abandon the very systems that have helped them work effectively for years.
Paperless Parts’s multi-site feature set is a third path: centralized visibility and coordination across every site, without requiring any location to change how it works. It provides an orchestration layer for leadership and channels that connect sister sites and help them communicate.
What’s new
Multi-Site Dashboard
Multi-site users now have access to a new dashboard that shows aggregated quoting activity across accounts in their organization.
The dashboard surfaces key operational data by site: quote volume, outstanding and on-hold work, revenue, and quotes currently in transit between locations. Clicking on any hyperlinked value will take you to into that account, making the dashboard a central navigational tool as well as a way to get a bird’s eye view of operations across your business.
The dashboard shows only data from sites you’re a team member of. Users who only have access to a single site in a collection will continue to see the traditional dashboard.
Internal Quoting
Shops can now forward parts and quotes to a sister site directly from within Paperless Parts.
When you send an internal quote, the receiving site gets the line item structure, part and quote files, part metadata, and contact information from the originating account. Information that’s specific to your setup – operations, processes, purchased components – does not transfer. The receiving site quotes the work using its own configuration and returns a quote to their sister site within Paperless.
Multi-Site Search
Global search now returns results from all of your sites, not just the one you’re currently logged into.
Search results include quotes and parts from across your organization, making it easier to find prior work and avoid duplicate quoting effort.
