Jason Ray

Jason Ray is the Co-Founder and CEO of Paperless Parts, the platform for manufacturing that enables machine shops to streamline communications, quote faster and more accurately, improve customer experience, and grow their business. Jason found his passion for manufacturing while serving at the Pentagon in the United States Navy as a supply and logistics officer, where he led advanced manufacturing implementation. Seeing the negative impacts associated with ineffective sourcing of short-run production companies, Jason was determined to solve this critical problem that plagues manufacturing. Jason has a B.A. from Trinity College and an MBA from Babson College.

Bill Berrien
CEO at Pindel Global Precision
Servant-leader, chief executive (and, now, start-up Founder) with a passion for people and team development, continuous improvement and supporting efforts that make a difference. A veteran of the Navy's SEAL Teams, a GE Six Sigma Blackbelt, a prior executive for private equity-backed service companies (healthcare and asset management) and now a 11-year owner and leader of manufacturing companies in Wisconsin, Bill is a firm believer in upskilling to leverage manufacturing and process automation.

Anne Marie Tracey is the manager of our Marketing Solutions department at Paperless Parts, where she serves as the client manager, content manager, marketing strategist, and team lead for all Paperless Parts Marketing Solutions clients. She also designs and manages client websites with the goal of building a strong online presence to target key audiences to support business growth.

Connor LaChapelle
Presales Engineering Team Lead at Paperless Parts
Connor LaChapelle is our Presales Engineering Team Lead at Paperless Parts. For over 3.5 years, Connor has worked across a variety of different departments. He is passionate about helping our customers use Paperless Parts to quote faster and win more work with greater efficiency and agility. Connor has taken the lead on educating our team and customers on our new Aerospace & Defense offering, serving as the expert on how Paperless Parts supports shops’ CMMC needs.

Jessica Morris
Director of Product Marketing at Paperless Parts
Jessica holds over 10 years of experience in the manufacturing space, developing SaaS solutions that support organizations making the transition to Industry 4.0. She started her career in the United States Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer with a specialty in nuclear propulsion, overseeing the operations and maintenance of nuclear reactors on aircraft carriers. Prior to her current role at Paperless Parts, she was global director of product marketing for Digital Lumens, an Industrial IoT solutions company, and Turntide Technologies, focused on energy efficiency retrofits and controls solutions for HVAC. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.

Hernan Ricaurte

Hernan is the President of Ricaurte Precision, Inc., a certified AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 precision machine shop. Prior to joining the family business, Hernan spent over 20 years in the medical device and healthcare industry, serving in senior management positions in the US and Japan. In addition to working closely with customers to ensure quality and timely delivery of parts and services, Hernan is also responsible for various growth initiatives while ensuring Ricaurte Precision remains on the cutting edge of new technology implementation.

Beau Blinder

Beau Blinder leads Paperless Parts' Product team, responsible for the overall product strategy and feature execution. He brings more than 11 years of experience building innovative solutions to some of the hardest challenges businesses face, including spending the previous 6 years in eCommerce at Salsify where he led the core platform team as a Group Product Manager.

Justin Quinn is the President of Focused on Machining. He manages the day-to-day operations, business development, and strategic planning for the business. Since he has owned the company, they have grown over 300% in the last four years with the addition of many new customers and pieces of equipment. The company’s primary growth sectors have come from the aerospace, defense and medical industries.

Jeff Gorman

Jeff Gorman joined the Paperless Parts team in 2020 and during his tenure has helped dozens of shops across the United States deploy and leverage Paperless Parts to streamline their quoting process, generate growth, and improve bottom-line profitability. In addition to his role on the Paperless Parts Customer Success team, he is co-host of a regular series about pricing best practices on the "The Job Shop Show:" a podcast focused on helping shops implement the best practices required to scale their business.

Jayme Rahz
CEO at Midway Swiss Turn, Inc.
Jayme Rahz has been working as a Chief Executive Officer at Midway Swiss Turn for 19 years. Midway Swiss Turn is a small precision machining shop in Wooster, OH that began in 1977 as a tool and die shop. Over the years, the company moved from tool and die work to screw machines, to contract machining and finally to Swiss-type machining. Jayme has been a pioneer of growth an innovation, leading her team through their journey to CMMC compliance and constantly looking to improve and modernize the business along the way.

Grady Cope
President & CEO at Reata Engineering & Machine Works, Inc.
Grady Cope founded Reata Engineering & Machine Works, Inc. in 1993. Reata provides advanced manufacturing CNC machining, assembly, and engineering services to the medical, aerospace, and semiconductor industries. Grady is involved in the local and national manufacturing community. He is a Past Chairman of both the National Tooling and Machining Association (NTMA) and the Colorado Advanced Manufacturing Association (CAMA). He is passionate about filling the skilled labor gap in manufacturing which inspires him to work with local high schools and colleges. He is a current board member and executive committee member of the National Institute of Metal Working Skills (NIMS).

Meg van Deventer
Associate Product Manager at Paperless Parts
Meg van Deventer joined the Paperless Parts team in 2021, starting as an Implementation Project Manager. After onboarding more than 30 shops across a wide variety of sizes and industries, she moved to the Product team, where she now helms Customer Education and Enablement. She is passionate about making Paperless Parts as accessible and easy to use as possible so that shops can maximize all of the platform's benefits.

Jack Eccles

Jack Eccles is the manager of our Technical Implementation Team and joined Paperless Parts in 2021. Jack’s team is responsible for capturing a shop’s tribal knowledge and turning it into rules-based technical solutions designed for estimating teams to improve consistency and time to quote. Prior to serving in a management role, Jack was a Technical Implementation Specialist working with dozens of shops to achieve their goals with Paperless Parts.

Charlie Marusiak is the Co-Chief Executive Officer at Micro-Tronics, Inc.: a leading precision manufacturer of mechanical assemblies, cloth-reinforced diaphragms, solid rubber parts, and complex machined components for the commercial, business, and military aerospace industries based in Tempe, AZ. Charlie recently ascended into his role as a third-generation leader of the business after spending 7 years working at MTI full-time.

Alex Renner

Alex Renner joined Paperless Parts as an Implementation Project Manager in 2022. Alex helps Paperless Parts customers leverage the platform to drive efficiencies, optimize resources, and win more work. Prior to Paperless Parts, Alex worked for GE Aviation in multiple supply chain roles starting in 2014, most recently as a Manufacturing engineer supporting a multi-modal sector assembly cell.
