Exclusion Filters for Saved Views

Building a Saved View, but want to be able to exclude specific quotes or line items cluttering up your dashboard? We’ve released new exclusion filters that allow you to hide quotes or line items that meet a specific criteria.

What’s new:

“Is” or “is not” filters. Filters across the Quotes page and Saved View builder now support both operators. Want a view of every account except your primary one? Every team member’s quotes except for a specific salesperson’s? Set the filter to “is not” instead of selecting everyone else one by one, and the view will stay useful even as you hire more team members or take on new clients.

Exclude by process or operation. Two new filters – “Does not have process” and “Does not have operation” – let you build views that surface quotes or line items that might be outside your typical wheelhouse.
