New Quote PDF and Finalized Quote Settings

Check out six new settings that make it easier to customize and present your buyer with a clean, professional quote.

Presenting your buyer with a clean, professional quote that clearly communicates a price and lead time is one of the most important aspects of quoting.

We recognize that the information each shop wants to send to their customers can vary, which is why we’ve introduced six new settings for the Quote PDF and Digital Quote in this release. These settings include:

  • Display settings for the subtotal/total
    • Choose whether to include the subtotal/tax rate, and whether or not to show a price range
  • Who to display as the “Prepared by” contact (Estimator, salesperson, or both)
  • Where to display Quote Notes (above or below line items)
  • Hide/show the RFQ number, Facility phone number, and Facility website

We also made some visual changes to the Quote PDF to make sure we were using space on the page as effectively as possible. This meant removing white space to make room for additional information and introducing a larger font, which makes the PDF easier to read when it’s printed out.

Users can opt in to these changes starting Thursday, August 7th, 2025. The new Quote PDF will be turned on for all users in early September. You can learn more about these settings here.
