January 28, 2025
Boston, MA – Paperless Parts, a Boston-based vertical SaaS company that provides quoting and estimating software to manufacturers, today announced the addition of three key executives to its leadership team: Elana Silver as Vice President of People, Mike Breslin as Vice President of Product, and Isabelle Bensimon as Vice President of Revenue Operations. These hires come as the company builds on a record-breaking 2024 and prepares for steady growth in the year ahead.
Elana Silver joins as Vice President of People, bringing a unique combination of engineering expertise and human resources leadership. Most recently, Silver served at Blue Cross Blue Shield, though she began her career in aerospace manufacturing and transitioned into HR after earning an MBA from Harvard Business School. “Joining Paperless Parts allows me to marry my long-standing passion for the world of physical things with my career experience in building great cultures and companies,” said Silver. “I’m thrilled to help scale and support the team as we grow our headcount by 15-20% in 2025, ensuring we attract and retain top talent while continuing to build on our strong culture.”
Mike Breslin, the company’s new Vice President of Product, most recently helped drive over 500% revenue growth while achieving industry-leading customer retention rates at Hi Marley. With a technical background and expertise in building vertical SaaS solutions and scaling companies, Breslin brings valuable product development insights to Paperless Parts. “Manufacturers today face unique challenges, and this team is laser-focused on providing solutions that meet those evolving needs,” said Breslin. “I’m particularly excited to lead the charge on advancing Paperless Parts’ AI capabilities in 2025 and enhancing our aerospace and defense offering to support evolving cybersecurity requirements, ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation for our customers.”
Further helping Paperless Parts’ team and product scale successfully, Isabelle Bensimon has stepped in as Vice President of Revenue Operations. An MBA graduate of MIT Sloan School of Management, Bensimon brings a wealth of expertise honed during her time at HubSpot, where she contributed to the company’s growth from $500 million to over $2.5 billion in revenue. Her insights into building operational excellence at scale are invaluable. “Joining Paperless Parts at such a pivotal time is incredibly exciting,” said Bensimon. “I’m eager to refine and elevate our GTM operations and strategy to ensure we’re prepared to support ambitious growth goals and drive meaningful innovation for manufacturers.”
These leadership additions come on the heels of a banner year for Paperless Parts. In 2024, the company achieved 103% of its growth goals and also improved its already strong customer retention. The company saw its highest numbers in new customer acquisition and overall sales. They also made significant advancements in the platform, including the launch of Paperless Parts Wingman™, a collection of AI-supported automation tools in Paperless Parts.
“Our commitment to helping our team and our customers thrive has never been stronger,” said Jason Ray, Co-Founder and CEO of Paperless Parts. “With leaders like Elana, Mike, and Isabelle, we’re positioned to empower custom part manufacturers worldwide to compete fiercely and grow their businesses. Exciting opportunities lie ahead.”
