Dynamic Metal Innovations, LLC Invests in Paperless Parts to Propel Strategic Growth Goals

Precision metal fabricator DMI has implemented the robust quoting platform to meet and exceed the industry’s complex and evolving demands.

Emmaus, PADynamic Metal Innovations, LLC (DMI), today announced a strategic shift in operations with the adoption of Paperless Parts, the quoting and communication platform designed for custom part manufacturers. This decision stemmed from DMI’s commitment to meeting the complex, evolving demands of its clientele.

Founded in 2017, DMI emerged from the success of Aluma Flowers, an aluminum flower bouquet business created by its founder, Scott Hartrick. As DMI evolved beyond flower production, it continuously expanded its equipment, services, and staff to cater to the evolving needs of its diverse customer base. Presently, DMI operates from a 17,000 sq ft. facility with plans for immediate expansion. They provide a wide range of capabilities spanning CNC fiber laser cutting, bending, welding, assemblies, and more.

Prior to adopting Paperless Parts, DMI utilized a different quoting software that didn’t offer the level of support they needed. “Our previous solution didn’t have the flexibility, customer support, or assembly capabilities our team needs for the complex and intricate jobs we handle,” explained Scott. “It was okay for simple, flat laser cutting, but for anything beyond that, it was holding us back.”

Paperless Parts offers its users dedicated Customer Success Managers, a customizable pricing language, and the ability to automatically generate a bill of material to streamline the estimating process for complex assemblies. The platform is designed with custom metal fabricators in mind, addressing their specific challenges through tailored UX, streamlined workflows, intelligent automations, and a range of other features.

DMI also plans to leverage Paperless Parts’ integration with the Fulcrum ERP system. This two-way communication between Paperless Parts and Fulcrum will eliminate the need for manual data entry, reduce human error, and ensure that production information is always up to date.

“With the support of Paperless Parts, we’re prepared to surpass our expansion goals,” added Mark Sternat, co-owner of DMI. “Their platform will enable us to build consistent, scalable processes, and deliver fast, accurate, and transparent estimates to our customers.”

“Supporting businesses like DMI is our daily motivation” expressed Jason Ray, Co-Founder & CEO of Paperless Parts. “We’re excited to provide them with the tailored solutions and dedicated support they need to take their business to new heights.”

About Dynamic Metal Innovations, LLC

Established in 2019 by Scott and Mark, Dynamic Metal Innovations (DMI) traces its origins to Scott’s initial venture, Aluma Flowers, launched in 2017. As Aluma Flowers expanded from Scott’s basement to an 8,000 sq. ft. facility, the need arose for internal pattern cutting, leading to the acquisition of a 1500W laser. This investment spurred the inception of DMI, aiming to diversify revenue streams beyond floral patterns. Collaboratively launched by Scott and Mark, DMI fills a market void by offering a comprehensive array of metalwork services. Today, operating from a 17,000 sq. ft. facility in Emmaus, PA, DMI is continually investing in cutting-edge equipment and top-tier talent to serve clients with excellence.
