Paperless is my day to day. It is my entire world because it is what I do eight to twelve hours a day.

 

My name is Joshua Franklin. I work for Ameritex Machine & Fabrication. I have worked there since 2022, and Paperless has been in Ameritex since 2020.

 

I have gone to the companies that we pay, and I have told them, I’m gonna be honest with you, your system sucks, and I hate using it. And they’ll be like, okay, well what are your expectations? And I will literally share my screen and show them Paperless Parts. It’s got the material. It’s got the processes and operations that need to have to it. It’s got all of the notes and all of that is, it’s easily digestible. But then there’s the electronic side of it where it’s sending all that data and information into our ERP system so that there doesn’t need to be someone inputting all of that data.

 

That’s what Paperless offers, is a system and software that’s easy to digest but has all the information you need. And other companies, I feel like, have gone way too far.

 

Without Paperless Parts, my day would look like a ton of paper. I think we even just got an award for being one of the best manufacturers, and I think Paperless plays a huge part in that.

 

Because without Paperless, we’re not able to send out these detailed quotes. If you can get a quote out in less than like thirty minutes to an hour to two hours to four hours, the percentage of win is like fifty percent.

 

It’s astronomical. Some of them know it’s Paperless, some of them don’t know it’s Paperless. But that’s the point, is it’s Paperless.

 

When you look at the older system and the older model that you had before you went to Paperless and you see that it took you five, ten days to put out a quote and your win rate’s, you know, maybe eight percent and now your average win rate is anywhere from like seventeen to twenty five percent. That’s the world.

 

I always wanted to build stuff and make stuff. But I realized that because of Paperless Parts, I can still build stuff and make stuff. So over four years, I’ve learned P3L, at least from Paperless. I’m not a coder, not a software engineer, but I’ve helped make things in Paperless that makes
it better.

 

And from there, it’s not only helped me grow, but it’s also helped our company grow. And I don’t know any other company that you can currently do that with.
