Paperless Parts is a Boston-based SaaS startup that is leading the digital transformation for custom part manufacturers with a software platform that helps manufacturers increase revenue and win more business.

The Product Team is growing and we are looking for an experienced product manager to manage a portion of the Paperless Parts software product. The product manager will take ownership of features from ideation to delivery, working with the design and development teams to ensure customers needs are met.

This is a full-time position based in Boston, MA.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing a portion of the Paperless Parts platform, owning the product strategy and roadmap for your respective area
  • Deeply understanding our users by performing customer interviews, reviewing analytics, and becoming a domain expert
  • Acting as product owner in a Scrum framework
  • Ideation and validation of new product concepts including new features and improvements to the existing offering
  • Creating product requirements/specification documents, wireframes, and JIRA issues to facilitate the product development process
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to deliver customer-driven messaging, sales enablement, and support for go-to-market efforts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of product management experience including a track record of success shipping products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-organized and team oriented
  • Experience with CAD/CAM and manufacturing is a plus
