After doubling its revenue two years in a row, DEXCO sought a solution to streamline its quoting process to handle the increase in RFQ volume.
Paperless Parts will enable DEXCO to spend less time and resources on manual quoting tasks and allocate more energy toward scaling the business. Key platform features that facilitate efficiency include an AI-powered quote setup workflow, automatic BOM (bill of materials) generation, centralized part viewer, design for manufacturability (DFM) warnings, secure file redaction, and seamless vendor collaboration.

Paperless Parts also integrates with DEXCO’s ERP system, JobBOSS. The systems will soon be integrated bi-directionally to eliminate the need for manual data entry, reduce human error, and ensure that production information is always up to date.
