We’re looking for a hands-on project manager (title is Customer Success Manager) to lead implementations of our SaaS sales and quoting platform.

Implementations range from two to twelve weeks and require skills in discovery, planning, platform configuration, project management and change management.

Our platform is a game changer for custom parts manufacturers (machine shops). Customer success managers become experts in manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication and 3D printing.

Customer success managers are also required to configure our pricing engine to map to our customers current quoting methodologies. We utilize a programming language called P3L – a derivative of Python. Candidates must have a strong grasp of programs such as Excel and a willingness to learn P3L. Past experience with Python is a plus.

This is a full-time position based in Boston, MA.

  • Background in or willingness to learn custom parts manufacturing
