This week, leading online community for startups and tech companies Built In announced its 2023 winners of their esteemed “Best Places to Work” award. The annual awards program includes companies across the U.S., of all sizes, and across a variety of industries. We couldn’t be more proud to announce that Paperless Parts is a Best Place to Work for the mid-sized Boston market.
Millions of the tech industry’s most in-demand professionals visit Built In from across the world and rely on the platform to stay ahead of tech trends and news, learn skills to accelerate their careers and find opportunities at companies whose values they share. Now that Paperless Parts has been recognized as one of Boston’s Best Places to Work, top tech talent will discover our company more easily.
So what does this mean for the future of Paperless Parts? We’ve always used the analogy of a rocket ship to communicate the strong momentum of our team. We’ve spent the past few years focused on intentionally fueling the rocket ship; now, it’s time for liftoff.
What Earned Us Our Spot?
Built In determines the winners of Best Places to Work based on an algorithm, using company data about compensation and benefits, remote and flexible work opportunities, programs for DEI, and other people-first cultural offerings.
At Paperless Parts, we offer highly competitive compensation. We cover 100% of Health, Dental, and Vision premiums for employees and their immediate families with multiple plan options available. We also offer a monthly wellness stipend. Whether that’s spent on yoga or a new pair of running shoes, our goal is to encourage our team members to consistently value their mental and physical wellbeing.
We value in-person interaction and collaboration, and we just moved into a beautiful new office space in downtown Boston. That said, we proudly offer a flexible hybrid work environment and support a handful of primarily remote employees.
At Paperless Parts, we want every individual to feel valued, heard, and embraced for who they are. We have a variety of DEI working groups and programs designed to empower our team members to add their unique perspectives to support our critical mission.
Built In’s algorithm criteria may have helped us earn our spot on the list of Boston’s Best Places to Work, but so much of what makes us truly an awesome place to work is harder to quantify: our people are brilliant, kind, and motivated, and we are incredibly mission-driven. As a byproduct, our work makes a real impact on real people’s lives and is changing the game for an entire industry.
