We are looking for a Marketing Deployment Specialist who will advance our customer’s content marketing rollouts to the next level. You will own the deployment of marketing content for multiple clients, in this role, you must have superior customer service skills, be highly organized and have top-notch attention to detail. You are not responsible for creating content, you will be deploying content our team creates via social media, email marketing, and publishing on our client’s websites.

This is a part-time to full-time position. We have an office in Nashua, NH, but there is an option to work remotely.

You are:

  • Organized and focused with ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
  • An efficient communicator, in both verbal and written forms of communication
  • Someone who excels at completing detailed projects within specific timelines
  • Able to learn new concepts quickly and effectively relate them to others in a clear and efficient format
  • Proficient with best practices in using HubSpot, Facebook & LinkedIn Social Media Posting, WordPress and other CMS platforms
  • Detail-oriented and have an eye for design
  • Someone who has a background in project management
  • High energy with positive, motivational attitude
  • Able to work and collaborate with customers
  • Someone who can shift gears and assist our team with other projects and support when needed
  • Someone who enjoys helping others

You will:

  • Work with the Head of Marketing Services to deliver on customer’s content marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with our Head of Content on process changes and improvements
  • Leverage data to report and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts
  • Continuously solicit feedback on all programs and materials to ensure relevance and completeness
  • Offer thoughtful and relevant feedback on how to make processes more efficient and effective

You have:

  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on content deployment
  • Experience creating email marketing campaigns from scratch
  • Strong planning, organization, and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to create relevant and effective content


  • Experience using SEMRush
  • Desire to get into content production
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Agency experience
  • Experience in manufacturing marketing
