We are seeking a Boston-based Sales Account Executive (AE) who wants to be a part of a startup that is changing the world of manufacturing! In this role, you will work with all facets of the company, including the executive team to bring Paperless Parts to your prospects.

Mission Requirements:

Aside from the requisite sales skills defined below, our candidate must:

  • Lead through actions, not words: We need people that can manage all aspects of the sales conversation as well as the ability to provide captivating demonstrations and provide leadership to their prospects.
  • Be curious: Solving the customer’s problems, ferreting out how we can solve the prospects problems and drive revenue for them is key to your success.
  • Like solving problems: Every prospect appears to be unique, it’s your job to identify the best way to communicate what we do and how we will help them.
  • Steadfast behavior: You’ll get rejections, it’s part of the job. Remember you are not selling until the prospect says “No.”
  • Team player
  • Enjoy working primarily as an inside AE, with some local outside work visiting prospects, customers and travel to Trade Shows when required

Requisite Skills

  • 2-5 years of inside software sales experience
  • Track record of quota attainment
  • Ideally a background in SaaS sales
  • Experience selling to machine shops or the manufacturing side of product manufacturers (desired but not required)
  • Great closer
  • Able to be part of our Boston Team.
