This week, leading online community for startups and tech companies Built In announced its 2023 winners of their esteemed “Best Places to Work” award. The annual awards program includes companies across the U.S., of all sizes, and across a variety of industries. We couldn’t be more proud to announce that Paperless Parts is a Best Place to Work for the mid-sized Boston market.

Built In determines the winners of Best Places to Work based on an algorithm, using company data about compensation and benefits, remote and flexible work opportunities, programs for DEI, and other people-first cultural offerings.

At Paperless Parts, we offer highly competitive compensation. We cover 100% of Health, Dental, and Vision premiums for employees and their immediate families with multiple plan options available. We also offer a monthly wellness stipend.
